Crematorium Open Day 2019.

Wessex Vale Crematorium held its open day on Saturday 18th May 2019.

After receiving refreshments, our visitors were treated to a guided tour of the crematorium. Which included the chapel (where guests were played a selection of music and shown examples of visual tributes), the crematory room as well as the opportunity to view the grounds.

There were plenty of questions and answers which took place during the day.

I would like to thank all the staff who attended the day, as well as Victoria Fisher (an officiant), who helped show people around and answer any questions in connection with a funeral service. Present to answer questions were also representatives from Countess Mountbatten Hospice and Eastleigh Bereavement Services.
